I am in search of a new gym. My BJJ school does have a lot of equipment. In fact, they are a fully functional crossfit gym. But it really doesn't work for me to lift the way I want to, for couple reasons. I am also in search of a change. I don't want to bash my school, so I will leave it...

hey bro! how are ya? I am gonna post new pics vids and a new fitness assessment on 11/20 check it out ! I think I lost between 15-20 lbs! in answer to your question . I feel so much better and I actually am starting to like what I see ! I am getting compliments more often now and even started training my friends because they see my change !

Nice picture. Reminds me of the gyms in the basement I used to train in. It just makes you feel more hardcore and you're more focused being in there.
