I stay motivated thru a lot of support from my wife and 3 daughters, as they have seen the transformation in me from a 302 lb person to someone that is confident enough to do a bodybuilding contest.

Why I like this video: This video is of the posedown for the overall winner in the Open division at the 2007 Northern States Bodybuilding Championship. I was at this competition, and it was this posedown that got me hooked on wanting to compete myself.
