How I Started:
Always wanted to do some sort of weight training but never really got round to it seriously or didnt know where to get started. Finally seen some pictures of me looking a tad FAT and decided enough was enough :)
Why I Love It:
I have just recently started but i know when i see that first change in my body shape that will be all the motivation i need to keep it going.

With the knowledge that my hard work will reep rewards in the long run :)

Well at most i could say ive not had a good month. First i play a lot of football or (soccer), always have and i love it. Managed to twist my knee about 3-4 weeks ago & severly strained the ligaments so knee was twice the size it should be & in loads of pain.
