My great-grandfather (maybe it was great-great grandfather)was a sea captain out of Nova Scotia (Capt Elmendorf). Just a bit of common ground...not that you care! lol. You look GREAT, btw! Keep up the good work!

Jeff, wow man you are awesome. At 38 I dream of the day I can look like that. I just started cutting at 188 after 5 months of mass gaining. My goal is by 40 to have some big gains 180- 200 lbs of muscle. You are an inspiration and man I'm going to hit the bench extra hard today. Thanks

20lbs?? I recommend a lot of cardio and picking up Eating Clean by Tosca Reno. Walmart carries it. It will change your whole outlook about food!!
