I graduated high school in May 2004 barely 120 Lbs., honestly looked scary...true extreme ectomorph. I got a job working at a Subway sandwich shop inside a gym. On the gym floor. Needless to say, I was intimidated as all hell, so I picked up the weights. Ended becoming really good friends with the trainers, made some huge huge improvements, and I decided to go to Penn State for Kinesiology. I was up to 175 in March of 2007 and dieted down to 152Lbs. 3% bodyfat in May 2007 for a lightweight naturals contest, which was canceled at the very last minute. You can see pictures from that week in my progress though...

With school and everything being so busy right now it's hard to maintain a strict schedule. I usually make it to the gym 4-5 days a week to lift, and I do cardio after I'm done lifting 2-3 times a week.
Generally looks like this...
Mon: Back and Cardio
Tue: Chest
Wed: Legs and...
Impressive leg press!! How many reps? Keep training hard but safe! When are you going to do a show?? Look into the INBF, It is a great natural org, and has a pro division the WNBF. www.inbf.net Kevin
I cycle the 2 Animal Supps..3 months on 1 month off Pump, and 3 weeks on 1 week off M-Stack. They both work great for me, and I highly recommend em'. Oh, and thanks for the compliment, solid abs bro.
