How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
for the big body parts i usually stick with 4x8 heavy with good form

for smaller body parts..ill stay around 3x12

well for that show it was great...this time i gotta get it right, becuase my trainer is now going off to grad school...so i need to incorporate what he taught me.
