Went to Colorado for an internship and saw how active everyone was. Finally had a fat picture and realized it was time to take action. Being overweight doesn't reflect my personality and it started to create a low self-esteem.
Why I Love It:
Being in better shape allows me to do more activities (hiking, biking, etc). High self-esteem, better social life, the natural high.
How I Stay Motivated:
Fighting the engineering stereotype one workout at a time.
BB Accomplishments:
Completely changed my diet 100%, lost weight, built muscle. Consistently worked out for an entire summer (5 days a week after work). The real challenge is keeping it up with the stress/pressures of college.

Stay active/healthy the rest of my life. Gain muscle, lose fat.
Goal (Long):
I'v proven to myself I can cut when I completely redid my body in 3 months. Looking to make some lean muscle gains in the fall and start my first clean bulk in the spring. I can only imagine being 240lb, 10-12% BF
