Yours too. I haven't been working on my squat lately because it's bothering my hip to go even a little heavy :( I just started deadlifting about a month ago so I'm pretty happy with how that's going. My bicep curl seems to be at a bit of a plateau lately :( and I'm just now getting over a bench press plateau, yay! How are you lifts coming? About what is you current bench? The numbers you have up for it are from like 07.

it was merely a fluke, can you believe that? Anyway, I am nursing my back...it's my upper back, around the shoulder blade, so I imagine that's why it didn't bother me to do the squats, since I am seated anyway, no pressure was put on that part of my back, but my workout today...OMG, working back...I had to really take it light, which you know is hard for me...lol.
