How I Started:
I got started w/ sports in school and have been hooked ever since. I used to punish myself trying to keep up w/ Arnold's workouts in his Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
It's one of the greatest rushes you can experience.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation has never been a problem. I love the feeling of lifting and feeding off the attitude of the gym. I actually don't feel right if I miss my workouts.

Yeah I use the cross-trainer at the gym which has a good interval training program, I keep my heartbeat between 150-170 for about 45 min-60min lol I really love cardio :)

I can sympathize with you there ... and I honestly say I don't know how you even got to the level you are with travel. It's a killer on diet and working out.
