When I Started:
How I Started: Have loved running and sports since high school. After second child, exercise disappeared from my schedule, and I looked/felt awful. Once I got back to daily cardio, I felt better and got back to a decent weight. Added weight training to improve running and now I'm hooked!
Why I Love It: 1) feel better every day
2) runners high
3) strong is good
4) great gym buddies

How I Stay Motivated: It's fun!
BB Accomplishments: hmmmm need to work on some....
Did my first pull up in August, now up to seven. (Make that 8!)

Fruit, veggies, nuts, chicken, beef, fish, shellfish, milk, greek yogurt, and whole grain cereal. Small meals throughout the day. Coffee every morning and wine every night!
