Have loved running and sports since high school. After second child, exercise disappeared from my schedule, and I looked/felt awful. Once I got back to daily cardio, I felt better and got back to a decent weight. Added weight training to improve running and now I'm hooked!
Why I Love It:
1) feel better every day
2) runners high
3) strong is good
4) great gym buddies
(you know who you are!)
How I Stay Motivated:
It's fun!

Did my first pull up in August, now up to seven. (Make that 8!)

Goal (Long):
Get more sleep. Improve lifting, running and swimming form. Increase strength, speed and endurance. Reduce stress and be a better wife and mom. Support my friends and family in their efforts to get active. Live long, healthy and happy. HAVE MORE FUN!

Fruit, veggies, nuts, chicken, beef, fish, shellfish, milk, greek yogurt, and whole grain cereal. Small meals throughout the day. Coffee every morning and wine every night!
