I lost some size and strength on deployment, but its coming back. I am 240 now, but have some fat. I am working on getting it back, and Its going well. Have a good holiday season

I am in San Diego CA again. My ship just returned recently. I ran into some aussie sailors in Jordan. Nice Guys. I hope all is good with you. I am training for a contest again in march. I will keep ya posted. Take care Kolis

You have accomplished so much. Keep up the hard work and intense focus. You should be proud of yourself. Have you ever known anyone who had nerve damage in a pectoral muscle where only half the muscle flexed?? I also have Parasthesia..Pins and needles in it...

Cool man, wish we could have gone there. I am on deployment now. We saw some aussie sailors the other day in port. I cant wait to get back and train in a real gym. Ours is so small, but we get creative. Things are good. I hope all is good for you too man. Take care. Is it raining a lot for you lately?

Hey bud, How you doing? Yes, still on the ship and deployed rightnow. I am in the pacific, about to hit port. Its good to hear from you. Things are good, just training, and resting the body when I can. I wish we could hit australia, but who knows I will hit you up if we do. GOOD LUCK BRO with all you do.

Watch your starches, in the evening meals. Use whole grains, eat lots of vegetables to fill up, lean protein of course. Do cardio in the AM on empty stomach, for 45 minutes. Vary your cardio, keep body guessing. Take BCAA's with cardio, before and after weight training. Eat around 4 oz of protein with each of your 4 to 6 whole food meals. Use a good quality whey protein with 1 tbsp flax oil for the other 2 if 4 whole food meals is enough.
