How I Started:
I tried it for gym class, and found it to be a thing I loved.
Why I Love It:
1. Because of the health benefits... not just overall fitness, but it helps my mood, and is great to say whenever asked about sports
2. sort of a continuation, but how it helps to relieve any stress/problems in my life.
3. People, possessions, et cetera may come and go, but the weights will always be there.
How I Stay Motivated:
I motivate myself, read and see people on bodyspace, and seeing people bigger, and stronger than me always makes me want to be better, to go the extra mile.
BB Accomplishments:
lost some fat around my stomach, and improved my arms abit, also much better back and chest
LEGS- goin up sizes on pants because my thighs barely fit my old ones. srs
started training for real.

Bring down Fat %age after
Growing some Muscle
Impress, scare, or cause jealousy in everyone who sees me.
I plan to do this without the help of any steriods, though if people think that I've used that just a complement really.
