How I Started:
I have always admired muscular looking women. I started getting into lifting to decrease stress and be healthier. I enjoyed it and started to see results. I competed in one amateur competition but money and illness prevented me from going further.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of working out...no one there but you and the weights. The events of the day blocked out and your complete focus is on your body. I love the results that weightlifting gives you...not just the way your body looks but the way you feel-full of energy and ready for anything.
How I Stay Motivated:
Having goals and ideals for myself. Seeing other people striving for similar goals.
BB Accomplishments:
Competed in an amateur competition and won second place in Heavyweights (there was only one other person competing LOL). Getting down to about 10% bodyfat at one point
