I attended the Mr. Fremont contest back in 1990 and saw guys like Skip Lacour winning the title and Ed Corney guest posing. After that I was motivated to enter and compete.

I am just 5 days away from my 3rd contest of the year. My aim is to get as lean as possible and after my last show I should be a tad bit leaner. Now all I have to do is make sure I am not flat but keep my muscles full by showtime. My main goal for this show is to have a great time and make sure...
I am looking forward to it. Have you seen my INBF comp video? I wonder if that would work. I will probably have a good video from this comp as well. Thank you, I return next Thursday!
BTW, just 'cuz you're enjoying food more these days :) ... that's no reason for motivation to be less than a 10. You're enjoying 2 things now .. building muscle and enjoying eating with the family (and a guilty pleasure now and then). That should make the motivation a 12! :)
Not bad, Boss :) Actually doing pretty good at losing weight from the last vacation trip. 10 days after getting home from a 2 week trip, I'm lighter than before I went on the trip! :) Goal right now is to keep up the weight loss ... keep hitting the weights ... and start training for a 1/2 marathon ... oh yeah, and get my legs to be the size of your arms :)
I took the overall title at our WPF Provincials over the weekend. Pics are up. You can have a look and let me know what you think. I weighed in rock hard at 224.4lbs.
Same here. I am on average 15 lbs heavier...mostly water but some is not. I feel great doing bench press and squats again...back to the basics. And I think I look better (with my shirt on :)). You know what I mean. Take care and hello to Jhanna and family. W/R

The journey has been enjoyable thus far. Great to see what a body can do naturally. I am most definitely interested Jeff. It would be wonderful to spread the message that this sport can be done without smoke or mirrors and at any age. Thank you for inviting me to do that. We'll be in contact after comp then. :)
was just visiting 3Dmuscle and your blogs. I have been wondering what exactly you were doing since your last win ... how much of a break you were taking. Good luck with the job hunting ... and finding a reasonable schedule to live with! :)
I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. I have uploaded photos and the top 3 comparisons under my progress pics. I also uploaded my posing routine under the video clips. I say the truth lies in the pictures. Please check it out and let me know what you think.
