How I Started:
Have always been in sports throughout high school and was a long jumper and sprinter at UWM. I miss having that control of my body and the shape I was in while jumping.
Why I Love It:
The energy, waking up two days later and being sore, discovering new workout music, pushing my body to its limit.

I want to gain lean muscle mass. I have always been strong and muscular but sort of a light weight.
