How I Started:
Playing football. My sophomore year of HS, started training...not hardcore, more sports oriented training. after I graduated, I went to Ferris State University which to this day has the smallest student gym I have ever seen in my life. Instead of training every day, I played basketball for 5 hours a day and ate shitty school food. After a year I went back home, trained over the summer. This is where the hardcore started, June 2006.
Why I Love It:
There are plenty of reasons to love training in the gym. The three at the top are, #1. Gives the mind time to think about something other than the "real world", #2. Makes you look like a badass, #3. The harder you train, the better you eat...the better you eat, the better you look, the better you look..........
How I Stay Motivated:
Its easy, I don't want to be a fat SOB!

I CANT ****ING DO LEGS GOD DAMNIT. FUUUCK! stupid ass knees. I know, what an accomplishment!

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
4x6-10 straight barbell curl, 4x6-10 dumbbell curl, 3x12 hammer grip(rope) cable curls, 3x10 close grip preacher curls.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
4x8-12 close grip bench, 4x12 wide grip pushdowns, 4x12 close grip skullcrushers, 4x12 dips(using the assisted pullup machine's pad, arms behind me)
