I want to find the RIGHT routine for my body and learn how to workout properly
Goal (Long):
I have never been fat or overweight in any way, but something inside me is continually searching for that little extra edge physically that I just can't seem to get. I want to push myself and feel motivated to become something more that I am right at this moment. Feel confident, sexy, energized, and happy. I want to decrease my body fat by at least 3%. Make my lower body strong and get my butt back to where it should be. I want to get rid of this post pregnancy belly thing. I will start June 1st, setting a 3 month goal. I will not give and I will MAKE time to be fit, no more excuses!!!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb

I just went into Bally's to get my real body fat % measured and the whole time I thought I was at 21% or so. Well, I'm actually 13.8%!!!! OMG I'm sooo excited! I couldn't believe it! Yay!!!!
Thanks!!! I workout 5 days a wk every other day I do full body heavy weights and then the days in between I do abbs again. I eat clean and just recently started atro-phex by BSN
