Here's what my chest workout was: One arm dumbell presses 4 heavy sets, One arm dumbell flyes 4 heavy sets, then I did one arm cable presses 3 heavy sets, I had a lot of energy, so then I did bench press 3 wobly sets, and finished with dips on a flat bench, just a few sets!! Still feeling it a bit today!
The latest challenge is getting a computerized knee called a “C-Leg.” The new leg will (hopefully) allow me to do a lot more things which may help me get into better shape. It is basically going to require me to learn how to walk all over again which will be a challenge but what would life be without challenges.
Thanks for your message and I look forward to watching your continued progression and wish you the best of everything.
Good morning! 5k went AWESOME! I was planning a blog on it, but I wanted to post a picture and I'm waiting for one of my friends to e-mail me the one of me crossing the finish line! I finished 15 out of 136 in my age class, not too bad. I didn't break any speed records, but I'm happy with the results!
