Hi mate, training's going ok however i have missed a couple of sessions but they were on legs so it didnt bother me that much cos i hate doin legs, lol, the soreness is starting to die off a bit now,

Hi bitbit, i need your help, I started the BFL programe on 18th May 2009, i am loving it, i stick to the rules religiously, i do my weight training/CV training when i first wake up on a morning, i have my six small meals a day, and i drink countless amounts of water, HOWEVER, i am not losing any weight, i was 213lbs when i started BFL, i am now 215lbs, and it is really frustrating, can you please help.

Hi mate, ta tell ya the truth av not started any training yet, i started the bodytrim diet in february and i have lost nearlt 21Lbs but its only now that i am starting to nthink about toning, my diet consists of eating 6 protein meals a day (100g max every 3 hours) and walking 10000 steps as well as drinking 3 pints of water everyday, i did do kickboxing before i had a car accident and i am going to start that again but if i am honest i need the kick up the arse to get back to it,
