hello, great job on going back to the workouts, you must be feeling good to be back at it. You have a solid muscle base, just remember, its only a few lbs of fat.

Cardio and legs at the same time you will be sore for days,I'm hitting legs tomorrow and did cardio today....making some slow but good progress,I'm not gonna stop,come to far to quit....
Man, things are going great. I'm back at it in the gym consistently and life is on the up.

My cardio varies from week to week,I go by how my body feels;I usually warm up for 10 min on the bike before hitting the iron and another 10 to 15 min depending on how tired I am after my workout, and 1 to 2 days I just do cardio for 30 to 60 min on the bike,treadmill,track ect....If I get my diet right I think I would see better success...how about you...
