this when i just started really
5 months into it, i havent done anything about bodyfat, but am starting now, my arms are difenitely bigger and my waist has gone down, just have to learn how to pose properly
wake up protein shake,
(natural) egg whites 3. milk pure creatine
morning tea 2 tins tuna with rice crackers
lunch some oats n more tuna if i can do it lol
afternoon snack, jerky or more tuna and 1 pac of those microwave steamed veges maybe a potato
dinner chicken n rice or something
low fat chips that i make myself
more veges
then another protein shake before bed
get my On's today so **** egg whites haha
