Background
Since school I have always had a really keen interest in sports and keeping fit. More recently though for maybe no more than a couple of months at a time I lose interest in being fit and healthy and end up putting on weight I never let myself totally go). I am now finding it harder to keep weight off. This year I really want to get myself in the best shape I have been and can be. It is now march and although I have been going to the gym and sort of keeping track and my diet I am not one but nearer my goal.
I am not a body confident person anyway but if I dont exercise I find myself being even more body conscious and having a low self esteem. Basically when I dont exercise I feel like a big fat blob!lol

Posted in Training : Feb 13, 2012 2:09amOk so here are a few notes I want to try and follow this year.
Lose 14lbs and get down to 126lb and stay there! really work on my strength and be able to do at least 3 pull ups! practice portion control, meals to consist of mainly green veg and protein teatime meal to be the smaller meal of the day. think before i eat and eat clean 95% of the time. not to let myself go on holidays as have a few this year. Here goes, gonna give it my best shot.

Posted in Nutrition : Dec 19, 2011 3:12pmThis is going to seem majorly unhealthy but tomorrow is going to be abit more relaxed than id like.
Breakfast: make coconut pancakes with low fat greek yoghurt mixed with protein
Lunch: Out for lunch with grannie, hope to make sensible choices!
Dinner: out of dinner to a pizza place with work, hope not too over induldge!
Evening: normally have a small piece of dark chocolate but considering how much I will have ate out I must remember not to have this (dont deserve it)
