AngelsFiancee Thanks for the advice-- that's what I'm doing! Eating clean, lots of protein, and lifting heavy 3times a week with cardio in-between. Only started this week, but I'm determined to stick with it and get the results I've seen others achieve! I love this site :) Feb 22, 2012 3:19pm

Fitz43 Hey there! Been really busy recently and haven't had much chance to get on here. Training is going well, I keep switching it up to keep it fresh and I have finally made a serious effort with my nutrition - not good that someone who spends a lot of their time giving nutritional advice, haha. I have some one to one clients and running bootcamps (while still working full time), but it is all good. Feb 17, 2012 6:48am
