Venice is ok - I'm probably the youngest person in this city LOL! Training is going good, I have somewhat of a routine that I stick to. I'm training arms today at the gym. I'm tying to bring them up a bit.
Yeah I hear ya there bro.. I took a week off from the gym but am going to start back hardcore next week.. I'm going to look at gyms tomorrow cause my workout partner got injured and he got me in for free at his gym so gotta go on my own now.
Yeh man - perfect sense.. I'm actually trying to do the same cause I'm at my target weight where I really want to be. I'm looking around and trying to decide which supplement I want to go to next.. I really want to add a little more mass while burnin fat off during the process..
awesome thats the same thing i do except i eat some eggs white and some hole grain bread ohh and some whey as soon as i wake up, i can tell it works your massive!!
exacually i know some dude that all they do is eat nothing but junk food and workout but the can still move up in there max its weird, i usally try and get my body weights worth of protein and try and eat good carbs for energy how much card do u usally consume?

i know i gained about 20 pounds this winter and burned of about 10 pounds of bad fat so far but still got awhile to go lol
really awesome dude lol i love bulkin up for winter its just winter makes me so tired lol haha but im really happy summers comin nbecause now i can start cutin down and slimming down, so how much protein are u intaking?
