Hey man,,,liking this weather???Hows the workout going for you? I ahve lost 13 lbs now!!!!I believe if i keep up with the ab workout,i can pull them through.The lower abs are a chore..How you doing??

Yes it was very nice today ,,tommorow too I believe...How the workouts coming??? I am trying to get my diet in check for a easier work week so i dont have to think about what I am going to eat as much...what about you??
