Occupation:
Own a coaching business (BioLayne LLC), PhD Candidate, writer for bodybuilding.com, and columnist for Muscular Development... I do it all baby!
I got tired of being picked on and getting no attention from girls, so I decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
Every workout I have the opportunity to beat what I've done before, I can break a record I've set for myself, I can ascend to a higher peak.
Bodybuilding tests your mind, your will, your heart, and your body. If you are lacking in any area you will not have long term success.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know if I lose motivation, someone else out there will beat me. To be the best I can possibly be, there is no room for lack of motivation.

I hear people talk all the time about using a diuretic to lose subcutaneous water. Absolute bunk!!!!!! Water is held in a constant distribution between intracellular & extracellular space about a 70:30 ratio This is good. If you add a diruetic sure you lose some from the extracellular...
Layne I just want to give you a shout out, you have been my biggest inspiration. Watching your vids gets me pumped to lift and keeps me motivated, to get better every day. Because of you, I'm looking to compete, however tough it may be at 6'3. Thank you so much man, keep doin work!
Layne your dvd has taugh me alot. I can't wait to get into natural contests. I wish it was more popular in the south, im having trouble finding anyone to prepare me.
Str8flexed, I am really impresed with what you have accomplished. My question is how long did it take to get your Phd in nutrition science? I am intrested if it can make a good carer or do you have to supplment your income.
I love lifting weights, seeing my progression as the months go by thats what encurages me to keep going. ask you if you would recomend this carer choice, someone that wants to make bright paths into bodybuilding.
You've accomplished so much and are always helping others. Icon (n)= An image:representation. I'd say that pretty much describes you. You represent natural bodybuilding and the hard work that goes with it! Keep inspiring!!!
bro do low carb high carb days work
let meh give you an example
2 low carb days 1200 cals
2 mid carb days 1600 cals
2high carb days 2000cals
1 rock hard day 2500 cals
it said scale might go down but yull be suprise wyit the changes!
Are there any negative or dangerous effects of using nirtic oxide products over a long period of time? I've been using SUPERPUMP250 for a year now before my workouts. I can't get amped up for a workout without it.
how are you doing? are you still trasining? how is the phd studies? are you enjoying the schooling? so many questions... One more do you like using xtend?
I wanted to say that you look absolutely fantastic! You have the body that so many men dream of but are not willing to put the effort into developing. I compliment you on your dedication, determination as well as your achievement. You are a fantastic inspiration to so many others, especially me. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
