well i lost over 70 lbs of fat from 220 now im down to 150 so im getting more cut but i really need to hit the gym hard longer....All State Baseball, First base..tied a state record for Longest Hit Streak,,also second in BA at my school

How are ya man? I am good! I had to stop training for health reasons but I am getting back into it hardcore next week ,, lifting, swimming and running! still gunning for 8-10bf% and ripped-ness
