I've been working out for 3 1/2 years now, I just hit the weights and I got hooked.
Why I Love It:
I just love testing myself, and looking great. Plus the attention it has gotten me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just by eating right, tanning, and beliveing in myself to do what the impossible has made.

Everything is good. Progress has slowed, but the my work schedule isn't helping. I have been flying to city after city for work, but I do cardio at every hotel that has a fitness center. How are you? Thanks for checking on me.

My diet was off and I had so much trouble getting the will power to put it back on track. I stopped planning in advance and for me that is a major issue. I am back at it though. Gonna make it happen. Progress pics will come. LOL I want to give it a couple of weeks of doing what I am suppose to before I take them. Right now they would be close to the same. Thanks for cheering for me.

I had a rough time for a few weeks but I am back on track. Starting to make things happen again. I still have a ways to go but I know if I stick with it I can get there. Jobs like to get in the way, stay strong and you will reach your goals.
