How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Depends on how I am lifting that day. Some days I do downward pyramids 10-8-6-4-2, other days 5 sets of 8-12, other days 5 sets of 5.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Until I feel I can sufficiently put up whatever my next lift is. Anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Vin Diesel. I always thought he would make a good Marine.

Well, I've been on keto for one business week. I haven't weighed myself, but I look and feel leaner. Maybe its just in my head but I'm not sure, I'm not really a fan of scales.
I didn't really go hard core, balls to the wall Keto this week. My carbs were at around 100 instead of the 80...
