as some of you know my 30th birthday was yesterday but most of the time I feel 21-25 so its not a big thing. but I'm sure that some day my age will get to me.
Your 30's are a great time of your life. Set goals and most importantly, never stop reaching for them. You only get one chance at life so make the most of it.
Man...that is a huge accomplishment in itself...congrats brother!!! You will feel sooooo much better now that you have quit!!! It is all mental now...I better not hear about you picking another one up...lol
Hey Brother,
Looks as if we're in the same boat. I can tell that you've increased your cardio, you should be able to increase your pushups/situps also because you will be moving a little less weight. Try Fartleks: go to a track, sprint the straight aways (100mtrs) and jog the curves. That really gives you a boost on your run. And, don't be afraid to lift weights. Alot of Army folks think that if you lift, it will lower your pushups/situps scores. That's bull. Good luck, Brother!
