At the beginning of 2007 my husband Doug (aka luvapbt) and I made the decision to eat super healthy, partly due to health reasons, and to incorporate more exercise into our daily lives. My husband has always lifted weights, but I just started with free weights in April 2007.
Why I Love It:
I love watching my body start to transform, the feeling of accomplishment & improvement and I can't wait to see what the end result will be.
How I Stay Motivated:
With my husband's love & support, all the inspiring success stories on here that help me to know that I can do it and thinking about how my body will look once it's lean and toned.
My goals are to lose the fat, especially on my thighs and lower abdoman, gain lean muscle and be as healthy as I can be. April 21, 2007 is the first time I've tried free-weights for maximum. I'm looking to improve on those significantly by the end of summer :) I want to bench my own body weight and squat 100lbs over my body weight.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

I tried a new recipe tonight that a co-worker directed me too off of the Taste Of Home Website. It's not some thing for every day, but very delicious and not bad for you. I did not any walnuts as we're not a big fan of them. I think pecans would be a good substitute ;) I also baked...
Thank you! You look fabulous too! Great accomplishments you have made. I don't exactly look like that right now. I gained about 10-15 pounds after my nephew died so that is my inspiration to take me back :). Yes you would know exactly how I feel. Thank you, maybe you can offer me insight as to when and if it ever gets any better.

i dont need a judge to tell me my dog is #1. I really dont have the extra money to gamble with, here in Utah its so clicky they tend to put up the dogs with in the circle. In jersey I had good success showing. take care.
Way to go with your transformation and congrats on both you and your husband deciding to go for the healthy lifestyle.
Keep pushing yourself and others to be the best that they can be.
