Comments: This was a show, while preparing for it, I learned how to get the most out of my body. Putting it all together. Better body. Better posing. Better stage presence. Had fun and really enjoyed this show. Results: Lt. Hvy-1st place, Best Poser, and 1st Place overall. It was a good contest, but me being me, I am still hungry. I know I can continue to improve and get better. So I will be getting back in the gym and busting my ass really soon. Taking a year and a half from doing competitions so I can just concentrate on making the necessary improvements.

Comments: This was my second contest, and was very excited about this one. I actually had 2 other guys to compete against. I came away with 1st place and felt alot more satisfied. For some reason, I was alot more nervous about this one then the one in May. But, I did okay, and now I am getting ready for the upcoming year. I'm staying in Korea for another year(military) and for the next show, I want 1st place overall. So, it's time to get my ass back to work.

Comments: This was my first amatuer contest, and it was a very good experience. I won my weight class by default, being that it wasn't anybody else in my class. It was a little disappointing, but it also made me hungry to improve.
