I want to continue losing weight to reobtain the body I had back in high school. My goal is 225 while under 15% bodyfat, but I may have to drop below 225 then build back up which I am prepared to do. It isn't a race though, it is a battle.

Well man, I am really fighting it right now. Gained the weight back, cracked my ankle and struggling to get my diet in line. What a waste. Sometimes I think I am supposed to be a fat ass my whole life. Damn I am down.
