I Love to work out for the energy it gives me through the day and to hva a body that looks good.
How I Stay Motivated:
LOt of Praying and realizing that hard work does pay off and sometimes the looks i get now that I have lost 50 pound.
BB Accomplishments:
Have none, Really dont know how to Body build Just know what to do to work what body part. My biggest accmplishment has been seeing my abs. Last year my abs drupped over the belt now i can see my abs.

Goal (Long):
I want to weight around 185 I am at 202 but still want to keep my size and increase my weak looking shoulders. I am not big on Bench but love squats. want to squat at least 450 6 to 8 reps and do at least 3 sets.
