In high school weight training class. I weighed 128 lbs the beginning of my senior year...always a small guy. Our school consolidated and we ended up with a weight training class. I took it and from September to May I put on 29lbs and ended up at 147 by the finish of the school year.
Why I Love It:
Stress relief. Improves my mood and energy, gives me a goal to work towards so I feel like I've accomplished something.
How I Stay Motivated:
Making consistent strength gains. Talking with those above me in skill and watching them in action.
BB Accomplishments:
Not into bodybuilding but hopefully soon I can put a strongman accomplishment up here.

Functional Strength and overall fitness. Power, strength, cardiovascular, speed, explosiveness..I want it all. I use a combination of techniques I read about and create my own workouts. I like the strong man competitions and want to have a good strength ratio for my weight.
I do a curl movement after back work, either barbell curls, Db curls, Hammer curls, or Incline curls.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
I train them after bench work usually and do either db overhead extensions, flat or incline skull crushers, barbell overhead extensions, weighted dips, pressdowns on occasions. I run a 4 day split...monday speed bench, tuesday deadlifts, thursday heavy bench and friday squats. I train with nothing but triples, doubles and singles. (except for speed bench)
Feel free to add me. I made up my own routine where I train the main movement doing nothing but triples, doubles and singles. I then do 3 to 4 assistance movements for 4 to 5 sets.
