How I Started:
I was always very athletic and playing sports in my youth. Upon reaching my 40's I soon realised I was not as strong or close to being as fast as I used to be. I broke my ankle weighing a measly 168 lbs running up some stairs. I knew something had to be done. I built me a two room home gym with a/c ceiling fans,carpet,sound system and got all kinds of weights and equipment off of craigslist. I have never felt beter and I'm strong as an ox. Wanna wrestle?
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the changes to my body. I feel so good after working out and my desire to better myself. I feel like I can be a good influence on the people around me to motivate them and set a good example.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a goal oriented person. You give me something to work towards to and I will get it done. I love all the changes that have happened to my body, as I feel 20 years younger and have so much energy. This alone makes me want to continue my journey and see how far I can go.
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't had any yet. I just want to look and feel great. I'm living a healthy lifestyle, both mentally and physically. I want to be the best person I can be.

Goal (Long):
I have been learning so many new things the last 14 months. I have done a bulk and a cut and really am proud of what I have accomplished so far. I always have room for improvement and now that Im down to 185lbs with added muscle mass it is time to get busy again. I will continue to eat clean as that is a way of life now. I will up my calories just a tad and start lifting heavy again. I want to put on some good lean mass by the end of the year. I want to add 2 inches to my legs and an inch to my arms and chest. I would like to stay in the 185lb range because this is the weight I feel comfortable at.
This member is no nonsence, balls to the wall, nose to the grind stone, do what ever it takes type of training. sometimes you have to put the pain out of your mind and just heave some heavy azz ole weights!
Well well well it's fall and time to up my calories to put on some size. I will use what I learned from last years bulk and try to do even better this year. I now know 80% of bodybuilding is nutrition and consistency. You have to eat clean healthy food every day and time your food intake to...

Haven't taken a PT test since June. So, still working on getting my butt ready for the next one. Hopefully my knee will continue to hold up for me and helps me make my run time this time. Just bidding my time until I get home to Texas.
I am doing good. Continuing training while I am traveling for work. Had a great workout session yesterday and will try and have a great one today. The weight is slowly coming off and I think this time I will make that goal. Anything new happening up there in Austin?
