How I Started:
I have always played sports and have been very competive. I really was not doing any kind of sports or excersice. I weighed 168lbs because I was not eating right,just drinking alot of coffee. I ended up breaking my leg in three places running up some stairs. I decided I needed to get involved in something to better my body. I built a gym on the back side of my property and bought me weights and equipment.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the changes to my body. I feel so good after working out and my desire to better myself. I feel like I can be a good influence on the people around me to motivate them and set a good example.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a goal oriented person. You give me something to work towards to and I will get it done. I love all the changes that have happened to my body, as I feel 10 years younger and have so much energy. This alone makes me want to continue my journey and see how far I can go.
BB Accomplishments:
I bulked up to 205lbs and cut back to 185lbs. I now know my body responds to what I want to do to it. Im ready for more....Bring it on baby and Im going to raise my intensity!

I bulked up to 205lbs and feel strong as an ox. This is one year of weight lifting!
I just finished bulking up to 198lbs. I have added some size. I want to cut back down to 185lbs, and keep most of my gains

Goal (Long):
I have been learning so many new things the last 14 months. I have done a bulk and a cut and really am proud of what I have accomplished so far. I always have room for improvement and now that Im down to 185lbs with added muscle mass it is time to get busy again. I will continue to eat clean as that is a way of life now. I will up my calories just a tad and start lifting heavy again. I want to put on some good lean mass by the end of the year. I want to add 2 inches to my legs and an inch to my arms and chest. I would like to stay in the 185lb range because this is the weight I feel comfortable at.
Well well well it's fall and time to up my calories to put on some size. I will use what I learned from last years bulk and try to do even better this year. I now know 80% of bodybuilding is nutrition and consistency. You have to eat clean healthy food every day and time your food intake to...
Oh, you mentioned see the video - I do have a series on youtube under pixiedust3727, and 'breakup' starts it all. Most are progressional, but 3 are tutotial in nature in case you were curious - and I do share what I do for abs :)

Training is ok... I have been sick for the past week and I just started a new job a couple of weeks ago. I am trying to sell my house and move too. How are you doing? How's training?
Hey brother. I've been taking Novedex X T and Super Pump for about a week now and I had one of the best work outs today. I really felt great through the whole work out. I had to make myself stop so I wouldn't over do it. Still getting really sore. Keep the encouragement coming it really helps Thanks.

Its going great- I can see Im gaining muscle-but im not losing wt- so I just started to do more cardio this week- So hopefully Ill see more results. Good job on cutting!!!!!!!
