cjbrackett yeah thats a must for me. i have some knee problems but i dont let it hold me back. went to the gym after work last night and really pushed myself to the limit. put 300 on the squat machine and threw it up 8 times. surprised the hell out of me that i could do that so i was all pumped up. cant wait to get back in there Jul 27, 2012 5:44am

cjbrackett i have the same problem with my belly. put on some weight but now i've got a gut! hoping to get some ideas or advice on specific workouts to get rid of it. making good gains after just a few weeks of hard workouts and supplements to my diet. problem is i have no exp working out so i have been going by what i see on this site. always been the little guy so i have learned to work hard for what i want without giving up.
