When I Started: Sep 2010
HOW I STARTED:

Injury along with low self esteem after a car accident opened me up to receive insults from my younger brother.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It gives me a BUZZ !!!!

Something to Prove?...Absolutely


The anger comes alive...as I make myself into the greatest version possible.


The pain is undeniable...results are slow ...but unmistakable.

StevenSki Depending on how hard I want to go...i like the options of the Bike, treadmill or elliptical. The all work areas differently. On tuesday and thursday i usually to longer cardio 45 min with 5 min cool down. And on the other days its usually 35 mins depending on what machine i use. I just need to actually pick up my pace. I just don't want to look like a tool and fall off the treadmill....lol Apr 24, 2012 2:52pm

StevenSki Beat feet but don't over do it. I hit the elliptical last night over the treadmill and my legs are still feeling the 22 mins of it....lol. Going for 45 mins on the treadmill tonight...got to start pushing it harder. Apr 24, 2012 11:26am

StevenSki Well that healthy eating is the hardest thing. The lifting will come and you will have tons of enegry. I just can't seem to get in a groove where i eat healthy....let alone eat good. Desk jobs...not good for the body...lol. I have changed it up here and there went for some other cardio than treadmill.....killed my legs yesterday. Apr 11, 2012 12:37pm
