Thanks for your note! P90X is really great. Some folks prefer ChaLean Extreme in the meantime. But the X is more intense, I love push-ups and pull-ups. CLX doesn't do pull-ups in her workouts. Let's bring' it, dude! :)
The way I lost the weight most people will not like because it is foreign and not understood yet... But if you're really interested, (or your girlfriend) research "juice feasting". You'd be amazed at how much BETTER your body is when not having to WASTE energy on processing solid foods. Again, most people are against this method because they don't understand it and have never actually researched it thoroughly. Good luck.
Hey...thanks for the compliment. Yes I do a lot of Yoga...I teach it!!! lol!! It may be that the class u r attending, or the teacher just doesn't work for you...its usually a good idea to try several different teachers/styles of yoga and find one that pushes your buttons! Its so good for you, de-stress, stretch, and also gives you longer leaner muscle tone, means you can actually move around when you are muscular!! Good luck with it
Cool. I could never get used to ASA. I like USSSA because it's more towards and open league. Yeah, don't let the missed fly balls get to ya. It was only the first practice like you said. Just got to adjust to it again.

Well, I've actually been playing softball for 12 years. I've played different leagues and travel ball (USSSA, NSA, and ASA). It's a great way to relieve stress I know that. What all do you play?
