How I Started:
I train from childehood.I train from 6 - 12 years gymnastic and then from 12 - 18 freestyle wrestling in SLOVAK REPUBLIC and from 18 to today I workout.Its About 1 1/2 years but no Protein,creatin nothing. I eat everything and train hard

the 1. is DEADLIFT - i go with pyramides to the weight where i do series..... 5 series for 5 reps
2. Pull Ups 2 x Wide grip (2x) + close grip(2x10)
3. Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown with pyramid from 40kg to 80kg (everyvere 10)

OK Adam, that sounds like a good plan! Just take it one step at a time; that way you will be able to attain your realistic goals :) Looking forward to your updates!

LO.. I know you're doing everything right - in the gym - because of your solid gains in the last year; bigger arms (bis/tris), broader delts, wider upper back, thicker quads!! But maybe you are doing some bad things out of the gym.. I don't know.. LOL ;)
yeah man, i was very lucky to meet the great milos sarcev. i didnt even know he was going to the show i was at. ive got a pic with jay as well but i havnt uploaded it yet. train hard!
