How I Started:
I just thought it would be a good way to score better on my physical fitness test in the Army. After years of hit and miss training, and poor dieting, I have finally decided that this is the road I need to follow.
Why I Love It:
The burn. Pushing that last rep when it feels like your muscle is about to explode and give out. Looking at the weight laying on the floor and knowing that you just kicked it's ass.
