I have been working out on and off since Junior High but I have never really watched what I eat until this past Dec which is when I started to workout again.
10/5 - Joined a local gym since 3/07 and using mostly free weights.
Why I Love It:
Feeling and looking better by the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Goal is 9% BF and weighing 170 which is enough motivation for me. Also seeing other bodybuilding.com members progress.
10/5 - trying to gain my weight back but gain it all back clean.
BB Accomplishments:
I was never a heavy person but this new lean diet is melting my BF like never before.
10/5 - I hit sub 9% BF which is awesome.
07/2009 - Back in training after a long long break.
Summar BBQ, I'm kinda pissed i did not take any pics at my peak but i will try to do better this time around. I am about 160 at 5 to 6% BF from what i can remember.
Current Routine-10/07
I goto the gym 6-7 days a week for about 2hours each
(25 leg raises and 25 crunches between each set)
(~20 minutes of cardio at the end of each day. 2 Minutes
of threadmill, weighted squats, crunches, sitted rows, weighted squats, then repeat non stop...
Will and I were talking about you this morning. The newer pic of you look outstanding. Keep up the good work bro. I'm trying to get your fat head lazy friend WILL to start working out....but it's not going to happen.
