How I Started:
I got started out trying to keep up with my older brother.... You know its a sibling competitive drive...
Why I Love It:
I love to do it because it make me feel better through out my day... I'm shy so i don't take my shirt of and parade around at all lol... but i do it for the sense of accomplishment and to feel healthly
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by the guys i work out with. they push me till i get to a point and then make me work hard to pass that point.

no real accomplishments yet i still got awhile till i get to my goal!!!!!!!
Power is the last thing you're supposed to develope in weight lifting. Make sure you've got perfect form when powerlifting because injury is inevitable if you're form is off. Just take it slow, work your way up and make sure you eat a lot of carbs 90 min. - 120 min. prior to your workout so you've got plenty of energy.
