I've always enjoyed lifting and making my body look better. I started when I was 13. I've been at it off and on ever since, more off than on. I'd like to change that.
Why I Love It:
The pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
The pump. Plain and simple. It's a legal drug that I can't get enough of.
BB Accomplishments:
In one month i lost 4 inches around my waist, added 30 pounds on my bench and 1/2 inch on my arms.

So I finally fill out a blog!  My first 12 week period, I ended up gaining around 30 pounds of muscle, added 3 inches to my arms, added over 100 pounds to my bench and keep up a 30 inch waist off and on.  At the start, I had an 8 %  for my overall bodyfat. I never did another reading, and...

Things are fabulous! I never truely imagined when I wsa almost 200lbs that in a short amount of time I would be a full time model! This weekend I modeled for a comic book as the female super hero--it was really cool-latex catsuit and thigh high boots with lavendar contacts! I can't wait to see the images! How was your weekend?

Thats great I'm sure you'll start noticing more changes in your body pretty soon. It's kinda unfair but usually men notice changes sooner than women guess since we carry more fat than muscle.Oh well I'll just have to work harder.(I'm use to it anyways)
