I love anything and everything physical. I also have two good friends who have done competitions and have always trained with. So thanks guys for always busting my balls and the never ending support!
Why I Love It:
Stress reliever, health benefits, Taking care of my self, and something to do on rainy days
How I Stay Motivated:
Most men stop when they begin to tire.
Good men go until they think they will collapse.
But the VERY BEST know that the body tires before the mind, and pushes themselves further and further beyond all limits.
Only when these limits are shattered can the unattainable be reached!
BB Accomplishments:
2008 Muscle asylum project (MAP) sponsored Athlete
2007 ohio natural junior mens champion
2007 ohio natural 4th place middle weight
2007 Northern Kentucky 2nd place middle weight(novice)

Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?
Yes
Which ones do you use?
No, I warm up before every lift session to get the synovial fluid pumping and lubing up my joints.

Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Ok, I dont know where to start... Its not going to be long but I need to vent. I am as open minded as the next guy when it comes to others and their routines in the gym, but... This is down right mind blowing. There are these two guys who train in the a.m. around the same time I do. Sounds...
There is a really great show on August 12th, I believe? It's in Binghamton NY. I would check it out. No worries on not making Light Heavy. You and I both know that weight is irrelavent. I could've weighed in as a middleweight in my Pro Debut,
Hey Steve, what's up man! Offseason is over as I began dieting a few weeks ago. There are quite a few good October shows including the NPC Natural Northern in Cleveland, INBF Cardinal Classic in Ytown and NPC Monster Mash in Cinci. Getting the urge to compete soon, huh?
I won my Pro Card in the NGA show on April 12th. I competed as a Pro for the 1st time on May 31st. I placed second out of 11 Pros. Super Happy, time for off season and a little R and R.. How's your off season going?

I love posing routines. I have a few poses that I use in everyone of my routines. I am staying on track. I had a few whatever days after my show. I have since recharged my batteries and I am ready to diet hard for four more weeks. I want to lose a few more pounds and get a little harder before my May 31st show.
Unsure of my music for my next show. Check out my posing routine on www.naturalmuscle.com go under northeast results and click on my name. I used an old Creed song. Tell me what you think. I def want to pick something new for my next show. Sounds like the off seasons going good. I cant wait to put some weight on and start moving some heavier weight again.
I am suprised how few sets you do. Legs are killer. Definetly get a hold of me and I will get into more details on my contest prep. Dont let that bodyfat get to high, keep the goal of maintaining hard earned muscle while dieting in mind.
Thanks man, Finally did it. I am going to compete one last time in my hometown. It's the USBF Plattsburgh Pro-Am on Mya 31st. Hope to fine tune things and do well in my pro debut. Thanks again bro..
