Basically its the rubbing of your lateral portion of your clavical against the acromion. And depending on the severity it can hurt like a son of a .... but mine was due to the decrease of body weight while preparing for my show. Thanks... Just working alot and trying to get bigger now at 250 right now still lean. Pushing for 270 by end of year... We'll see seeing some good results so far.
