Started tracking calories June 2012 and keeping at it at least 5 days a week.
Nutrition philosophy is 50c/30p/20f split and following iifym principle, but keeping fibre at 30g+ a day.
Busy with a cut at 1700 calories a day + what I burn during excercise. To keep it simple I work on roughly 7kcal per min, meaning most days is 2120kcal.
Currently doing Intermittent Fasting with 16/8 window.
