Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to lose 30 lbs in 4 months. My goal is to add 10 lbs. of muscle by May 9th! My fitness goal is to lose 5o LBS of fat and keep my muscle I have all in one year.
Goal (Long): Within 18 months, I want to be at 190 lbs with muscle mass and be at or under 10% body fat. I want to have the abs that I have always wanted since to was a teen. With dedermination I know I can do it.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%
