here i am at the start of my focus on gaining muscle mass. arms looking ok, could use more triceps..i need overall more width in the chest and it would be cool to see lats when i flex FDB....theres also some kinda weird assymmetry to my core.

a little improvement...sorry about the lighting, i happened to take it outside and the way the sun hit made my whole right side blinding-white (i need a tan!)

i think i've improved a bit as far as my abs go. gotta continue to watch what i eat and hopefully i can get rid of some of the fat on the low abs

i'm seeing some improvement. it'd be nice to pack more mass in my pecs, however. hopefully my program and diet can make that happen.
