liked to fight, started mixed martial arts, and weight lifting, found out i really enjoyed it, and became a positive outlet for me.
Why I Love It:
great stress relief, im strong look good and feel good, chicks want me, it puts me in a position if something happens i dont worry i just let strength and skill take over
How I Stay Motivated:
i have a theory of personal evolution always trying to get better and being a perfectionist, since i started this way of thinking after learning things the hard way, doors have opened

well benched 350lbs. i want 4 plates on each side, 405lbs, 500lbs squat, 500 lbs deadlift, pullups with 2 plates instead of 1.dips with 5 instead of 2 shrugs with 5 instead of 3. i would also like to be able to run 6 miles in 36 minutes. weighing a lean 215 to 220.
