Review: Not to bad, a little overpriced. Kind of a noobish mistake on my acquisition of this product. Did not mix well spoon-wise, needs a blender. Digested well, used while cutting so didn't really see gains.

Review: Tried the product for three cycles. One in the old package two in the new. All three times if I took on an empty stomach, I would get a stomach ache especially if I ran before my workout. If I ate even an hour before the "stak" I would get a lot of indigestion during cardio. With the new package that red pill guaranteed that I will be up way too long and I'm not sensitive to caffeine at all. Vitamin wise the product is good, the sticker is the best outcome from this product. I would like to look like Frank McGrath but no more M-Stak for me. Or I could use the M-Stak... but at what cost? ;)

Review: Very good powder, good mix ability, tastes so-so with water and milk, mix with orange juice for a cremesicle flavor. The reason I stopped is because the tub is empty and now a new flavor
