Background

When I Started: Feb 2012
HOW I STARTED:

I really started working out when I joined the military in 2001. In 2006 I started dating a body builder and that's when I started lifting weights...so even after the relationship fizzled I still kept on lifting. I love it and it always makes me feel good.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love bodybuilding because it makes you feel good and look better. It realeases all my stresses and clears my mind :)

Day 1 Jamie Eason's 12 wk plan

Day one was a little slow for me. I usually run 3 miles and there is no cardio plan for phase 1 of Jamie Eason's 12 wk plan so I did walk for 45 minutes at an 8.0 incline instead in an attempt to mix it up a little.
